TESTIMONIALS AND FAQs

Testimonials

"I have known Brian for over 12 years and I think he is a fantastic professional!

I am a Personal Trainer in Colchester and have trusted Brian with my clients in the past and have no hesitation in continuing to recommend him. He is truly committed to providing treatments to the highest standard with the quickest, best results for the client.

From my experience in health and fitness, I know that Brian's abilities, knowledge and results are impressive. As a Personal Trainer and a competitive athlete, my body is constantly tested and pushed to the limit week by week. Brian keeps me on top of my game, in a way many other therapists I have worked with cannot. Thank you Brian - long may you keep our bodies able and comfortable, healthier and happier, so we can continue to push them to reach our goals!"

"Brian understands my aches and pains, and best of all, he understands how to fix me"

"As a field sales rep, rock climber, and powerlifter, my work and hobbies have negative effects on the health of my muscles, joints, and posture. For me, a treatment from Brian is not a luxury, it is a part of my long term training plan. Sports Massage forms part of my pre-competition preparation and post-competition recovery. Brian understands my aches and pains, and best of all, he understands how to fix me. Brian varies his technique to suit me. There is nothing brutal or painful in the Sports Massage I receive, and I recommend him to athletes, weekend warriors or anyone in pain."

"Brian's treatment was so effective"

"I was on holiday in Colchester, when I went to see Brian. I had a frozen shoulder for at least six months, but the flight from Germany made it worse - I was in so much pain. Brian's treatment was so effective, I was so happy and could even lift my arm in the air after only one session. Thank you so much, Brian!
